Pre-Transaction Review

Formal review before

Crown Aurum Ltd follows a structured pre-transaction process for principal gold trading.

Before any transaction proceeds, counterparties are required to submit a formal proposal or letter of intent. Crown Aurum then reviews the proposed gold specification, quantity, pricing basis, delivery terms, refinery arrangements, settlement structure, and supporting documentation.

All counterparties are subject to corporate due diligence, AML review, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership verification, and source-of-gold review. Crown Aurum requires satisfactory evidence of lawful origin, appropriate export or import documentation, assay information, and chain-of-custody records where applicable.

Formal Proposal

A formal proposal or letter of intent is required before review begins. Informal or incomplete proposals are not accepted.

Due Diligence

Corporate identity, beneficial ownership, AML, sanctions, source-of-gold, and documentation requirements are reviewed.

Transaction Alignment

Refinery, offtaker, logistics, insurance, customs, settlement, and documentation requirements are coordinated where applicable.

Execution & Settlement

Transactions proceed only after commercial, compliance, logistics, and financial conditions have been satisfied in writing.

Where a transaction progresses, Crown Aurum coordinates with approved refineries, offtakers, logistics providers, and counterparties to confirm the transaction structure, refining terms, assay process, logistics arrangements, insurance, customs requirements, and settlement methodology.

Transactions are governed by appropriate written agreements and proceed only after commercial, compliance, logistics, and financial conditions have been satisfied.

Crown Aurum Ltd does not provide banking, escrow, trade finance, legal, tax, regulatory, or investment advice. All transactions are subject to due diligence, documentation review, internal approval, and written agreement.
