Structured Coordination

Mandate Programme
Advisory

Crown Aurum supports structured engagement between sellers, qualified buyers, and approved supply channels under agreed mandate arrangements.

Our Role

Coordination with
clarity of purpose

Crown Aurum acts as mandate programme advisor, supporting structured engagement between verified parties. This model allows transactions to be coordinated in a controlled and professional manner while maintaining clear roles, documentation, and compliance review.

Supply Access

Verified Supply
Channels

For qualified buyers operating under mandate, Crown Aurum may facilitate access to established supply channels, including approved sources in Ghana, subject to verification, documentation, compliance review, and transaction structuring.

No supply arrangement is confirmed until all relevant counterparties, documentation, and commercial terms have been reviewed and agreed.

Crown Aurum Ltd does not guarantee transaction completion, pricing, supply availability, or buyer participation. All arrangements are subject to full documentation and written agreement.

Advisory Process

How Mandate Advisory
Engagements Progress

Crown Aurum follows a structured advisory process before any introductions, supply discussions, or commercial coordination take place. The purpose is to confirm authority, verify relevant parties, assess transaction suitability, and define the appropriate advisory scope.

  • Mandate verification: authority, mandate documents, transaction objectives, and proposed engagement scope are reviewed at the outset.
  • Compliance review: relevant parties are assessed through risk-based KYC, AML, sanctions, beneficial ownership, and source-of-gold review where applicable.
  • Transaction structuring: supply availability, refining, logistics, documentation, and payment mechanisms are assessed before progression.
  • Commercial coordination: once the structure is accepted, Crown Aurum supports communication, milestone tracking, readiness reviews, and documentation flow between approved parties.

Crown Aurum acts in an advisory and coordination capacity unless a separate written agreement confirms that it is acting as principal. Crown Aurum does not provide legal, tax, investment, banking, escrow, custody, or regulatory advice.
